Electronic Health Records

Hospitals and health systems continue to build on their electronic health record (EHR) systems to meet “meaningful use” and MACRA requirements and more easily share information between providers and patients. In addition to providing technical assistance and guidance, GNYHA serves as a liaison between members and State and Federal agencies on regulatory and policy issues. GNYHA also focuses on helping member hospitals understand and mitigate the myriad ways that EHR design and use can create legal and regulatory exposure for hospitals.
