Working in a hospital or health care setting can be physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding. GNYHA is committed to supporting its member hospitals and health systems as they work to increase workforce well-being and resiliency, and is addressing the unique wellness needs of residents in training programs and facilitating collaboration between graduate medical education and wellness programs.
