This toolkit provides COVID-19 vaccine materials to support vaccine educational efforts with hospital and health system health care workers, patients, and community members. Materials include information for the general public and health care workers, as well as materials to help health care workers address vaccine hesitancy with patients and communities. This toolkit also includes materials that member hospitals have used to educate communities on COVID-19 vaccines. We have included materials in various languages when available. The toolkit is organized into four sections:
- COVID-19 Vaccines for Health Care Workers
- COVID-19 Vaccines for the General Public
- Addressing COVID-19 Vaccine Hesitancy
- GNYHA Hospital Member Vaccine Materials
In addition, please visit the US Department of Health and Human Services Vaccine Finder, a national resource for information on vaccines and vaccine locator tool. More information on COVID-19 resources, including New York State and New York City vaccine locators, can be found on GNYHA’s Health Information Tool for Empowerment (HITE) website, an online directory of over 5,700 free and low-cost health and social services available in New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County.
