Kate Morgan joined GNYHA in 2026. She works with the Health Economics and Finance team on State regulatory issues that impact continuing care members, and she supports the operations of the Community Benefit Aging Alliance of New York (CBAA NY) Independent Provider Association. Prior to joining GNYHA, Ms. Morgan focused on caregiver research at Mass General Cancer Center’s Cancer Outcomes Research and Education Program and was a client advocate at the Medicare Rights Center. She earned a BA in Community Health and English from Tufts University and a MS in Bioethics from Columbia University.
