Caroline Shore joined GNYHA’s Health Finance & Managed Care Department in 2025. She is responsible for analyzing local, State, and Federal insurance and managed care regulatory and policy developments. Before joining GNYHA, she worked in policy research at NYU Langone Health. She earned a BA in Global Public Health and Anthropology and an MPA in Health Policy and Management, both from New York University.
