Aaron Tripp joined GNYHA as Operations Director of the Skilled Nursing Facility Independent Provider Association (IPA) in 2026. He leads the IPA’s strategic, operational, and financial development. Before joining GNYHA, Mr. Tripp served as a consultant at Health Management Associates and as Vice President of Financing & Reimbursement Policy at LeadingAge. He earned an MSW from Syracuse University and a BS from Utica College.
