  • Decision making around renal replacement modalities, including peritoneal dialysis, sustained low-efficiency daily dialysis, hemodialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy
  • Strategies for preventing clotting and selecting anticoagulants
  • Considerations for proning patients, including scheduling dialysis and selecting catheter location
  • Approaches to volume, electrolyte, and acid-based management
