NYS Health Workforce

A strong workforce is the backbone of every hospital. GNYHA supports its member hospitals and their workers by ensuring that laws and regulations benefit employees and foster a safe workplace, providing technical assistance and guidance on labor and employment issues, and through training and educational opportunities. GNYHA actively advocates for several GME and workforce programs, including Doctors Across New York and the Empire Clinical Research Investigator Program.
