340B Program

The 340B program allows qualifying safety net providers that serve a high proportion of low-income, uninsured, and underinsured patients to purchase outpatient drugs at a discounted price from pharmaceutical manufacturers. GNYHA continues to educate lawmakers on the importance of the 340B program, and will keep members informed on program updates.
