GNYHA’s Health Law Fundamentals is a multipart educational series for attorneys, especially those who are new to in-house hospital legal practice. Our focus is on New York State law, and as such, we touch on Federal law only in passing. This series reviews an array of subject areas to provide context for hospital attorneys’ own in-house practice. Each session is a fireside chat with a related set of slides to be used as a resource after viewing the program. We are pleased to announce that the first two sessions of Health Law Fundamentals are available for viewing and approved for CLE. Each session will provide one hour of credit in the area of professional practice for New York-licensed attorneys.
