The New York State Department of Health (DOH) recently extended the Statewide Health Care Facility Transformation Program III (STP III) submission deadline to 4:00 p.m. on February 15. The previous due date was January 12.
DOH said organizations that already submitted but want to update their application can e-mail grantsreform@its.ny.gov to request their grant application be reopened. The e-mail request should include the organization’s name, application number, and text that states, “I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to re-submit the application prior to the new deadline.” For organizations that do not wish to reopen their application, no further action is required.
As noted during prior STP III webinars, DOH strongly encourages potential applicants to submit their applications at least one day prior to the deadline to allow time to resolve any potential technical issues that could occur during the submission process.
