HERO-NY Module Four defines and reviews typical responses to trauma, as well as signs that tell us it’s time to seek help. After examining the cognitive, emotional, behavioral, physical, and spiritual responses to trauma, the presentation identifies internal and external obstacles to seeking help; offers self-assessment tools; lists ways to address obstacles; and summarizes other resources.
