The goal of HERO-NY Module Three is to educate attendees on various aspects of stress, recognize common trauma reactions, to identify when coping is healthy versus unhealthy, and to recognize when additional help is necessary. The presentation includes steps to alleviate your own stress in the moment, as well as ways to support colleagues when they are undergoing serious signs of distress.
