Workplace Violence Prevention

GNYHA members are engaged in significant work to prevent and mitigate workplace violence. This work has taken on additional importance with the introduction of a new Joint Commission Workplace Violence Prevention accreditation standard that went into effect January 1, 2022. GNYHA provides resources and support on this critical issue, including event recordings from a 2019 Workplace Violence Prevention Learning Series.
