Scott C. Amrhein is the founding President of CCLC. Mr. Amrhein is responsible for guiding CCLC’s advocacy efforts in Washington, DC, Albany, and the New York metropolitan area, and directing its educational, policy, and consultative efforts on behalf of its continuing care members. Prior to joining GNYHA in 1996, Mr. Amrhein was the Legislative Assistant in charge of health care policy in the office of New York Senator Alfonse D’Amato from 1985 to 1996. Mr. Amrhein earned an MPH with a concentration in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University.
