Kendall LaSane joined GNYHA’s Legal, Regulatory, and Professional Affairs team in 2022. Mr. LaSane supports members with their quality improvement, patient safety management, and health equity initiatives. Prior to joining GNYHA, he worked at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene where he was responsible for quality assurance activities and research studies related to opioid overdose morbidity and mortality. Mr. LaSane is currently a DrPH student in the Health Policy and Management department at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, has an MPH from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, and a BA from Wellesley College.
