This series supports nursing leaders as they navigate current and emerging clinical staffing challenges, and provides a practical roadmap for complying with New York Public Health Law 2805-t. Participants will gain insights into the legal requirements and guidance on staffing committee governance, staffing plan development, implementation and monitoring, transparency obligations, and risk mitigation strategies. The series emphasizes hands-on application, peer learning, and integration of nurse staffing requirements into existing quality improvement processes.

Part II of the series will be held in person and enable participants to connect with peers, engage in facilitated discussion, and share experiences. We encourage you to attend all three sessions, if your schedule allows, to gain the full benefit of the series.
