GNYHA’s online resource directory Health Information Tool for Empowerment (HITE) now includes information on COVID-19 vaccinations and post-COVID-19 care clinics. The vaccine page directs users to New York City and New York State vaccine finder websites. The post-COVID-19 care page lists sites that provide follow-up care and specialized services for people experiencing persistent health issues after a COVID-19 diagnosis. HITE has provided updates on new, modified, and closed programs and services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and has added a COVID-19 testing locator page.
HITE is GNYHA’s public directory of more than 6,000 free or low-cost community resources in New York City, Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk counties. GNYHA provides this free tool to help our members and other users address health and social service needs and advance population health initiatives.
