The New York State Department of Health (DOH) has shared a template for a non-patient-specific standing order (attached) for the administration of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. An Executive Order was issued earlier this week waiving the requirement for a patient-specific physician order for administering vaccine.
