The video is part of GNYHA’s yearlong Workplace Violence Prevention Learning Series, which addresses key dimension of workplace violence prevention and mitigation. The series began with a January 24 symposium featuring Dr. Arnetz and a panel of GNYHA members discussing approaches to this complex topic. GNYHA then hosted a late-February webinar on Developing and Maximizing Incident Reporting Systems to assist with workplace violence prevention. Future programs will address training strategies, unit-based approaches, and active-shooter planning.
