Part of GNYHA’s ongoing effort to improve diversity in health care management and governance.

SEP, an initiative designed to promote diversity in leadership, is a 12-week summer internship program for undergraduate and graduate students interested health care management. Participating students are afforded the opportunity to learn about the major issues, skills, and responsibilities involved in leading hospitals and continuing care facilities. Applications for GNYHA’s 2010 Summer Enrichment Program are now open. Applications must be sent to GNYHA and must be postmarked by March 26, 2010.

Designed to promote diversity in health care management, HCLI is a pilot executive development program that affords chief executive officers of GNYHA member hospitals and continuing care facilities the opportunity to provide middle managers currently working in their institutions with an executive development experience that can help advance the careers of the participants.
