For more than a decade, GNYHA has devoted significant resources to develop internship programs geared toward both undergraduate and graduate students pursuing careers in health services administration.

Designed to promote diversity in health care management, HCLI is a pilot executive development program that affords chief executive officers of GNYHA member hospitals and continuing care facilities the opportunity to provide middle managers currently working in their institutions with an executive development experience that can help advance the careers of the participants.
