Identifying Target Populations

• Give these people influenza vaccine!
  Profiles high-risk groups by age, occupational and chronic illness that is indicated to receive influenza vaccine. (Immunization Action Coalition)

  Updated annually, provides the latest information in adult immunizations.

• Double Check for Prevention
