Lee O. Alvarez has worked with Nexera, Inc. since February 2005. Mr. Alvarez is responsible for leading cost reduction consulting engagements, from system-wide assessments to implementations of specific cost-reduction and process improvement strategies within the health care industry. Prior to joining Nexera, Mr. Alvarez has held positions in hospital operations, not-for-profit community healthcare consulting, as well as, working within the healthcare supplier industry. Mr. Alvarez holds a BS in Health Care Administration from the University of Scranton and a MPA in Health Management & Finance from New York University. Mr. Alvarez is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Financial Management.
