Desmond D’Sa has been with CCLC since 2004. Mr. D’Sa is responsible for determining the financial impact of federal and state policy on the long term care sector. He also helps members in finding business solutions that will enable them to lower their cost of operations. Prior to joining CCLC, Mr. D’Sa worked for Davis Vision, Inc., and was responsible for analyzing and refining various benefit programs for one of the company’s largest clients - the City of New York. Mr. D’Sa holds an M.S. from New School University and an M.B.A (Finance) from Baruch College, CUNY.
