GNYHA formed a Consortium to develop a compliance assessment tool and set of policies and guidance documents. GNYHA engaged the security consulting firm International Network Services and the law firm of Ropes and Gray to deliver these services. The consortium was structured as a cost-sharing arrangement and GNYHA encouraged its members to take advantage of this opportunity to share the costs among a large group.
