Scott C. Amrhein, MPH is the founding President of CCLC. As President of CCLC, Mr. Amrhein is responsible for guiding CCLC’s advocacy efforts in Washington, Albany, and the New York metropolitan area, and directing its educational, policy, and consultative efforts on behalf of its continuing care members. Prior to his arrival at GNYHA, Mr. Amrhein was the Legislative Assistant in charge of health care policy in the office of New York Senator Alfonse D’Amato between 1985 and 1996. Mr. Amrhein graduated with highest honors from the Columbia University Master of Public Health program in 2001, with an emphasis on health policy and management.
