Orville Francis is responsible for data analysis focusing on hospital financial performance; health plan financial performance, enrollment and other data; and surveys concerning various healthcare topics. Mr. Francis also addresses member concerns with managed care issues and plans. Prior to joining GNYHA, Mr. Francis was a coordinating manager in the Managed Care Department at Kings County Hospital Center. He earned his MPA from New York University.
