Daniel M. Dunphy has worked with GNYHA since 2004. Working with HANYS and upstate regional hospital associations, Mr. Dunphy is responsible for recruiting acute care facilities to the new statewide GNYHA/Premier GPO. Prior to joining GNYHA, Mr. Dunphy worked at the Wartburg Adult Care Community in Mt Vernon, NY, as Director of Facility Planning & Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Dunphy spent 14 years at the Hospital for Special Surgery starting out as its Director of Material Management and advancing to Assistant Vice President for Administration (Facilities) where he managed all new construction and renovation projects. Mr. Dunphy earned his BA from Northwestern University and MPA from New York University.
