Corey Ackerman has worked with GNYHA since 2002 providing legal assistance to GNYHA’s business units. Prior to joining GNYHA, Mr. Ackerman worked as an associate in the Business and Finance Section in the New York office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., where he worked on corporate and securities matters. Prior to that, Mr. Ackerman worked as a corporate associate at Gordon Altman Weitzen Shalov & Wein LLP in New York. Mr. Ackerman earned his BS from Cornell University and his law degree, cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of St. John’s Law Review.
