Elliot Allen leads the Outsourcing Division and has more than 30 year of experience as a senior administrator ranging from Materials Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Support Services and Consulting. Over the past 10 years, he has been the practice leader for two consulting firms, leading outsource teams on projects with an average return of interest (ROI) of five times the investment amount. Mr. Allen has also overseen the following areas in acute care hospitals and medical centers in the Greater New York Metropolitan area; Materials Management (Purchasing, Receiving, Distribution, Mail Room, Messenger, Linen/Laundry, Patient Transport, Staff, Housing, Central Sterile Supply) Pharmacy, Morgue, Clinical Engineering, and Dietary. Mr. Allen earned his MBA at Adelphi University and a Post-Masters Certificate from the NYU Wagner School of Public Administration.
