  • The eHealth Initiative's Connecting Communities Toolkit 
    The Connecting Communities Toolkit is a distillation of the knowledge that the eHealth Initiative has accumulated through its work with multiple stakeholders and different communities. Stakeholders from every sector of healthcare, and leading experts have provided significant input into a set of common principles and guides in seven Toolkit modules, each including easily accessible online documents and tools.
  • The Markle Foundation: Connecting for Health Website
    Connecting for Health is a public-private collaborative of more than 100 organizations committed to enabling health professionals and patients to use information technology, so that they can achieve the best care possible in emergency and routine situations, as well as in managing chronic illness.
  • The RHIO Wiki 
    The RHIO Wiki is an open, online, real-time tool for community leaders to collaborate on health information exchanges by: 1) searching a library of information on other local and regional efforts; 2) asking and receiving from other leaders their thoughts on specific challenges, issues, and opportunities; and 3) sharing with other leaders their own experiences, expertise, and knowledge.
